How to set the Email Abandoned Cart Campaign
Our extension communicates with E-goi, sharing products information and user behaviors so that you can use it in your campaigns, especially in Abandoned Cart. These are the steps you should follow:
- Install E-goi extension and activate it;
- Consider this link: https://www.yourstore.com/egoi/json
- change www.yourstore.com to your URL;
- check if your website is under HTTPS:// or HTTP:// and build your URL accordingly;
- Check if you can access your products’ information with the link, by pasting it into your browser;
If not, check if the plugin is activated in the backend of your Magento installation; After you confirm all of the previous steps, you can start to create your Abandon Cart Email Campaign (or SMS).
